Street Futsal own and control the software, service and content to this website. If you need to contact us please go to the contact part of our page.

Your access to use this service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

All agreements will apply until terminated by either you or Street Futsal. If you terminate your class subscription you automatically terminate your subscription to this service. You acknowledge and agree that user content including scores and other such data related to the service will be kept by Street Futsal even after termination.

Street Futsal can close, suspend or remove users at any time if any agreements are broken. If Street Futsal suspends your access to the service you agree we have no liability or responsibility to you and we will not refund any amounts that have already been paid. To terminate your subscription please contact us.

Using Our Service

The Street Futsal Skills Development Service and he content are the property of Street Futsal or Street Futsal Licensors. We grant you limited, non exclusive, revocable permission to make use of the content (collectively, “Access”). This access shall remain in effect until and unless terminated by you or Street Futsal.

You promise and agree that you are using this service and its content for your own personal, non commercial use and that you will not redistribute or transfer the service or the content.

The software, content and service are not sold or transferred to you, and Street Futsal retain ownership of all copies of the content and software even after installation on you personal computers, tablets, mobile handsets, wearable devices or any other device.

All Street Futsal and their Skills Development programme, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names and any other features of the Street Futsal brand are the sole property of Street Futsal. The agreements do not grant you the right to use any of Street Futsal features for commercial or non commercial use.

You agree to abide by our User Guidelines (see below) and not to use the Street Futsal service, the content or any other part of the site in any manner not expressly permitted in the agreements. Street Futsal grants no rights, title or interest to you in the Street Futsal content or service.

User Guidelines

As a user have some rules that you must follow:

The following is not permitted for any reason what so ever.

1 copying, redistributing, reproducing, recording, transferring, performing or displaying to the public, broadcasting or making available to the public any part of the Street Futsal service or content.

2 Using the Street Futsal service to import or copy any files you do not have the legal right to import or copy.

3 transferring copies of cached content from an authorised device to any other device in any other way.

4 reverse-enginerring, decompiling, disassembling, modifying or creating derivative works of the Street Futsal service, content or programme.

5 selling, renting, sub licensing or leasing of any part of the Street Futsal service, content or programme.

6 Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices contained on the content or service provided by Street Futsal.

7 providing your password to any other person or using any other persons username or password.

8 Web Crawling the Street Futsal Service or using automated means (bots, spiders, scrapers) to view, access, or collect information from the Street Futsal service and/or programme.

9 Selling a user account or play list, or otherwise accepting or offering to accept any compensation, financial or otherwise.

Please respect the owners of the content other users of the service. Do not engage in any activity, post any user content or register and/or use a username, which is or includes material that is offensive, abusive or any other obscene or inappropriate wording or material.
